Please review the legal rules and standards governing the purchase of tickets and travel on our services.

Welcome to Jemmy tours & travels. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Jemmy tours & travels, concerning your access to and use of our booking applications and transit services.

By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our site and booking services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, browsing tours, or completing ticket bookings on Jemmy tours & travels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately terminate use of our platform.

2. Booking, Pricing, & Payments

All ticket bookings are subject to availability. Fares listed are transparent, inclusive of all booking charges unless noted. Payment must be cleared in full via our online gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Cards) to generate a confirmed ticket. Pending or incomplete transactions will automatically result in booking cancellation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Rules

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure are eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to operator specific policies. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable. All refund credits are processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.

4. Boarding & Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must display a valid digital QR ticket (E-Ticket) and a government-issued ID card at boarding time. Passengers are advised to arrive at the designated pickup stop at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Transport operators reserve the right to deny boarding to any passenger displaying disruptive behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jemmy tours & travels acts as a digital ticket aggregation platform linking passengers to certified bus operators. We do not operate buses directly. Consequently, we are not responsible for delays, mechanical breakdowns, route changes, loss of baggage, or injury sustained during transit.
